Last Friday I went and sat in the mall, aiming to draft my first post for this blog. I sat with pen and paper, and began a free-form stream of thoughts that will probably never end up seeing the light of day.

Concentrating on my thoughts and scribblings, I hadn’t noticed an acquaintance of mine until he walked up and warmly greeted me. James[ref]Not his real name.[/ref] is a member of my church, although we don’t cross paths nearly often enough.

After a bit of casual conversation, he mentioned that he had strained a muscle in his leg and that he had been in pain for days. He asked me to pray, and after praying we checked to see if he felt any different. He said no, but asked me to pray again. This time… no more pain! He was so happy and thanked Father God for his healing touch.

This is stopping for the one.
